I took the company public in September of 2008 and have since been rapidly growing it's membership base. The site requires applicants to go through a verification process to ensure that people have a net worth of at least $3MM US or an annual income of at least $300,000 US. So far, I have been impressed by the results we've been able to achieve. The model is certainly different than ASW and I think there is plenty of room for both approaches in this worthwhile space.
