While digg takes very little effort and can send upwards of 50k visitors to a site in 24 hours, stumbleupon provides almist relentless traffic and very quickly starts to match the sort of traffic digg sends. Looking through my logs, stumbleupon is the biggest referrer by some way. From the other side of the coin, it's also a great place to find content.
